La Bella Hair Xtensions policy is to respect and protect the privacy of your personal information collected on the website. Personal information is strictly for ordering purposes and kept confidential. We offer secure online shopping 24 hours a day 7 days a week and ensure your shopping experience is safe and your credit card information is protected. LBHX accepts the following payment option: Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. All credit card charges will appear as La Bella Hair Xtensions also known as LBHX.

Out Of Stock:

If we are out of stock and unable to fulfill any orders, a full refund on your credit card will be provided.

Returns:

Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All merchandise must be returned in original condition, unused and in its original box. All returns will be inspected upon receipt. All merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Backorders:

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed in priority and will promptly ship the item (s) upon arrival. In addition La Bella Hair Xtensions will inform via email with the estimated arrival date.

Shipping:

La Bella Hair Xtensions will ship all orders either by United Parcel or Canpar ground. Upon requests we will ship out orders by Federal Express or Purolator next day at a premium price. With Purolator, Saturday delivery will be available at a premium price.

Lost Merchandise:

Should merchandise be lost in transit, La Bella Hair Xtensions will replace the goods after shipment has been traced.

Wrong Shipments:

Should merchandise be shipped out incorrectly, LBHX will provide a full refund upon return of the item (s).
