HVM will not allow Customer Information, "Opt-in" or otherwise, to be viewed or used by anyone other than authorized HVM personnel fulfilling customer orders or performing customer service through natureshop.ca. Third Parties, such as Credit Card Clearing Services and Security Encryption Service Providers have access to confidential Customer data, but are contractually obligated to use said information only for fulfillment of their function. Security natureshop.ca has made every effort to protect all sensitive, private and confidential customer information under our control from loss, misuse or alteration. This includes external firewall technology, staff access security passwords, customer passwords, and redundant accounting and audit. How to Place an Order Using the Shopping Cart - Placing items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart is easily performed by clicking on the "add to cart" button next to a displayed product. For items that are in the Shopping Cart, you can specify a quantity, change a quantity or remove it from your basket. Click the "Update" button on the lower left each time after making a change. You may always continue shopping for other products and add them to your Shopping Cart by using the Keyword Search, clicking on a Category button on the left-hand side of the screen, or using the "Shop by Brand" pull-down menu on the upper left of the screen. The contents of your Shopping Cart will remain intact while you continue or resume shopping. To remove an item from your Shopping Basket click on the "Delete" button next to the item that you wish to remove on the Shopping Cart screen. Checking Out - Finalizing Your Purchase When you are ready to finalize your purchase, choose which type of checkout you prefer to use. Every customer may check out as a Member or a Non-Member, although you are encouraged to Register as a Member. If you are a Member, click the Log-In button and enter your Email Address and Password. All members’ purchases have 10% discount. Your shipping address will be shown automatically on the screen. Members may also change their Shipping Address at the time of Check Out, if their purchase is destined elsewhere. Email Order Verification will be sent automatically to your email address, immediately after you Check-Out. It is a good idea to Print the Order Verification for your records, and check the Order Verification to insure that your order was placed and processed correctly. Payment Methods Paypal – A secure and easy way to pay by credit cards online. For details, visit www.paypal.com.  Your orders will be charged at time of shipment. All payments are made in Canadian currencies. No COD orders and no cash please. Member Login and Registration Registering as a Member, and Logging-In as you enter natureshop.ca, or Logging-In at Check-Out time. We give membership discount of 10%. As a Member, Checking Out is fast, as your shipping and billing information is on file with us, and does not have to be re-entered after each shopping visit. It is not necessary to Register or 'login' to the store. As mentioned, Non-Member checkout is an option, but requires you to enter our shipping and billing information each time you Check Out. NOTE: If you want to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, you can enter an alternate shipping address while you are Checking Out. Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please call us to arrange for refund or store credit. Products considered to be defective can be returned to Nature Shop within 15 days of Invoice date. Please email, phone or fax for a Return Authorization Number, and return shipping instructions. All defective product returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. You may return unopened items within 15-days from date of purchase. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please phone, fax or email us immediately for a resolution. All returns require an Authorization Code, a copy of your Customer Invoice, and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please email, phone or fax for your authorization code and shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid within 15 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization code. No collect shipments will be accepted. Note - Nature Shop reserves the right to limit quantities purchased. Shipping Methods NOTE - DURING HOLIDAY SEASON, ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED BEYOND REGULAR SHIPPING TIMES. Shipping Method Within Canada All orders OVER $60.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.All orders UNDER $60.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* will be charged a shipping fee of $10. * Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior to shipping. To the United States All United States orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $21.95 cdn. United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. Nature Shop reserves the right to dis-allow the shipment of certain products to Customers in the United States. These would include large quantities of products consisting of liquid in glass containers, and products not yet approved for import to the US by the United States Food & Drug Agency. All United States sales are final. International Shipping Policy International orders will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from the customer. Orders are shipped via Canada Post / UPS- Air or Surface Mail. You will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the shipping charges. If we do not receive your approval of these charges within four days (96 hours) your order will be cancelled. International shipping charges may not include any additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges and custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Backorders In the event that any items ordered are not available at the time your order is shipped, you will be contacted by phone and /or email to determine whether to - a) Hold your order until backorders are filled (up to 15 days from receipt of order).
b) Ship your partial order immediately and cancel backorder.
c) Ship your partial order, and fill your backorder when stock is available (within 15 days of order). Shipping will be charged for orders, or partial orders under $50.00.
You will only be billed for items shipped. Changing an Order Due to the complexity of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be changed, or added to once they have been processed. Changes to an order, after an order has been placed may be requested, but there is no guarantee that they can or will be implemented. Email to us at admin@natureshop.ca. Sales Tax Ontario Orders - All applicable Federal (GST) and Provincial Taxes are charged on goods sold and shipped to Ontario customers. New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland Orders - An 8% Harmonized Provincial Sales Tax (HST) is combined with Federal (GST) on all GST applicable charges (including Shipping Costs). Rest of Canada Orders - Federal (GST) tax is applied to all products sold and shipped to customers outside of Ontrio, but located in a Canadian Province or Territory outside of Ontario. Canadian Aboriginal Orders - Orders placed by Canadian Aboriginals are sales tax exempt, with the inclusion of a bonafide aboriginal status number. United States and International Orders - Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada are exempt from Canadian and Provincial sales tax.
